Refund Policy

Overview

Agenlly uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record for all payment processing. Refund requests are subject to both this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Unused Credits

If you have purchased a credit pack and have not consumed the credits, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund for unused credits, email contact@agenlly.com with your account email and transaction ID. We will process the request within 5 business days via Paddle.

Consumed Credits

Credits that have been used to run agent tasks are non-refundable. This includes credits consumed by tasks that produced unexpected, incomplete, or unsatisfactory outputs — AI outputs are inherently non-deterministic and we cannot guarantee specific results.

Partial Refunds

If a credit pack is partially consumed, refunds apply only to the unused portion, and only within the 30-day window from the original purchase date.

Example

You purchase 120 credits (Pro pack). You use 30 credits within 10 days and request a refund. You would be eligible for a refund on the remaining 90 credits, prorated from the $10 purchase.

Platform Errors

If credits were consumed due to a verified platform error (e.g., a task failed due to a bug on our end and credits were still deducted), we will restore those credits to your account. Contact contact@agenlly.com with details.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email contact@agenlly.com
  2. Include your account email address and the Paddle transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  3. State the reason for your refund request

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
