Agenlly ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Data We Collect
Account data
Email address, name, and authentication credentials when you sign up. OAuth profile data if you use Google sign-in.
Usage data
Credit balance, transaction history, agent invocation counts, session metadata (start/end time, agent slug, token counts). We do not permanently store the content of your prompts or agent responses.
Billing data
Payment is handled entirely by Paddle. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials. We receive a transaction ID and credit amount from Paddle after a successful purchase.
Technical data
IP address, browser type, and request logs for security and abuse prevention. Retained for 30 days.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform.
- Process credit transactions and maintain your balance.
- Send transactional emails (email verification, low credit alerts).
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-Party Processors
We share data only with processors necessary to operate the Platform:

5. Data Retention
- Account data: retained until account deletion.
- Transaction history: retained for 7 years (legal/tax requirement).
- Request/access logs: 30 days.
- Session metadata (no prompt content): 90 days.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Object to processing or request restriction.
- Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format).

7. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
